subtitled parts of this film base on finnish traslation, which were made by ms. susanna voutilainen [yle], and my own recognition of the speech. if you want me to add, or correct something, please ask that in the comment section. i don't personally have any difficulty with the word "mercenary".. i just don't like the image of it that comes up in most peoples mind.. it's like any other thing in global finance... it's just the military trade.. mercenaries are not being counted as "boots on the ground" from sierra leone government's perspective, the iraq recruitment was considered as a good deal.. i've been in iraq for one year and eight months with the "u.s. government" we have a mismatch between the way we imagine a war to be, and the reality of 21th ceuntry.. "can we go a little lower?..." can we find someone that will do it for a board and room? (with low, or no salary at all)

*recruit office* since 2011 - today we are now supplying manpower to afganistan and iraq this is staff office so you were asking about the files. they are here. most of these guys (some of them) have already left to afganistan they are in afganistan right now and making money this is our sun aggregate i have more files here we number all the files, so that when somebody comes, we can find the specific file and information

we do supply manpower for u.s missions in warzone areas so how many of the persons you were sending out have used to be child soldiers? i can't say that.. i can't tell how many do you think? i can't tell ...because we deal with many people.. and we don't just say "this did this, he did that"... in africa, even by the age of four, you'll learn how to fight this is all tradition ..if you dont know..

we fight with sticks, spears and arrows.. this is a tradition.. so if you are trying to think, that this will disorientate them psychologically, it is not the case some may be critical of the fact, that people who used to be fighting when they were very young are now going back to war do you think that as a problem? no. that's not a problem that's just a perception people take in that that comment.. but it's just a perception.. and even if they have started when they were 12 or 13 years old, that's not a problem? that is not a problem! that is their job. when we send guards to war areas, we will first be training them. they'll have very physical training.

the army.. the american.. most american tend to use ugandan, because they are discipline. they are people who can listen. what you tell them is what they'll do. and they understand english those who can shoot and fight can work.. these companies can come and contract us, as sub-contractors to supply manpower to them.. for example i have been dealing with aegis for some good time aegis is a private company in the military industry. aegis's hq is in london. tim spicer (2nd from right) was the founder of aegis aegis has set up agencies in a great number of conflict zones the private military industry is a part of how countries fight wars today..

sean mcfate, professor, university of georegetown u.s. government doesn't track the number of contractors it uses in places like iraq or afganistan we know it's alot.. but we don't know exactly how many.. one of the diffrences between a soldier, and being a private military contractor, is that when you work for the u.s military or any military you take a sacred oath, that you are going to fight for your country.. and if necessary, die, to protect the way of life you belive in **u.s. army commercial** it's the complete opposite in the private military world.. you look at the budjet first.. the loyalty of these companies and these businessmen change, depending on market forces.. we operate in one of the world's most challenging, emerging and complex markets..

the middle east is absolutely the core of our business today.. we seve, we care, we enpower, we reform... we do the right thing, always.. tim spicer, aegis and u.s. defence ministery didn't want to give an interview major general graham binns - commander of british army in basara, iraq when binns left the army, aegis recruited him aegis then got a deal of maintaining security in basra nicholas soames - member of the uk parliament, ex-defence minister. soames is the chairman of aegis a part of ending a war responsibly is standing by those who have fought it.... aegis is in charge of security in u.s. embassy in kabul

gardaworld is one of the largest private sector military companies, and has bought aegis. tim spicer is part of gardaworld's government he is also known to spend time in nightlife in london sierra leone has suffered ebola epidemic military contractors didn't recruit forces from sierra leone during the epidemic. recruiting in other developing countries maintains as a procedure.. **credits**
